Tire & Wheel Mounting Service

Tire – rim mounting, in whatever quantity and combination, delivered on time and in the order needed within your production or selling process. For this special service process, Zetra Group Sittard has created the Tire Wheel Mounting Centre, also known as TWMC.

TWMC focuses on:

OEM wheel assemble-to-order
In sequence delivery (SILS, JIT)
OES season tire/rim mounting, warehousing and JIT delivery at dealer level in Europe
Quality control
Tire re-work & warehousing
Automotive logistics advice and implementing

TWMC works according to the guidelines of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) a quality standard for the automotive branche, and OES (Original Equipment Sales) for the replacement market.

Our production department owns a modern fully automated tire assembly production line. This production line can switch fast and easily between the different OEM/OES tire/rim combinations, in whatever quantity needed. We can keep large stocks in our own warehouse which makes it possible to process voluminous orders. This enables us to adapt to the changing client demands for example, during the winter season we can deliver – according to order volume – within the arranged lead-time, the same goes for the summer season tires.

Zetra Group Sittard also possesses the expertise, experience and flexibility to set up new production processes at different locations, so we can adapt to the local client-specific OEM/OES demands.
